Announcement for the funding of Transfer Hubs as Part of the “Transferinitiative F.A.S.T.” Programme:
As part of the “Transferinitiative F.A.S.T. (Forschung, Ausgründungen, Skalierung, Transfer)” programme, the Bundesministerium für Forschung, Technologie und Raumfahrt (BMFTR) intends to fund transfer hubs with thematic focuses on the six key technologies of the Hightech Agenda Deutschland (HTAD), including Quantum Technologies. The programme aims to strengthen and accelerate knowledge and technology transfer between scientific research and industry across Germany, with the goal of creating more innovations. The transfer hubs are consortia of research institutions and industry partners that build on existing structures and bring together various stakeholders across Germany in their respective key technology fields. They have a high degree of self-organization and scope for shaping their activities and will establish transfer marketplaces to connect challenges faced by companies with the most suitable solution ideas and research teams (matching).
