QBN – Quan­tum Busi­ness Net­work

QBN, the Quan­tum Busi­ness Net­work, is the world’s lea­ding busi­ness net­work in the field of Quan­tum Tech­no­lo­gies with more than 80 mem­bers from 19 count­ries. QBN is more than an eco­sys­tem; it is a plat­form that brings tog­e­ther busi­ness, aca­de­mia, and poli­cy makers to joint­ly build a strong Quan­tum Indus­try in Euro­pe.

As part of the SQuaD pro­ject, QBN is signi­fi­cant­ly invol­ved in deve­lo­ping and imple­men­ting stra­te­gies and tools to fos­ter inno­va­ti­on, tech­no­lo­gy trans­fer, and know­ledge exch­an­ge to sup­port key play­ers, espe­ci­al­ly foun­ders, start­ups and SMEs, in the com­mer­cia­liza­ti­on of Quan­tum Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and to streng­then the Ger­man and Euro­pean com­mu­ni­ty. The QBN working group ‘Quan­tum Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and Cyber­se­cu­ri­ty’ meets regu­lar­ly to dis­cuss cur­rent trends and chal­lenges in sci­ence and indus­try, initia­te col­la­bo­ra­ti­ons and deve­lop offers to advi­se poli­cy makers and users.

With a deep focus on all are­as of Quan­tum Tech­no­lo­gies, from Quan­tum Com­pu­ting and appli­ca­ti­ons to Quan­tum Com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on and Cryp­to­gra­phy to Quan­tum Sens­ing and Ima­ging, QBN faci­li­ta­tes inter­di­sci­pli­na­ry know­ledge exch­an­ge and col­la­bo­ra­ti­ons across the value chain.

By com­bi­ning deep indus­try exper­ti­se with years of expe­ri­ence in ven­ture buil­ding and inno­va­ti­on manage­ment, the QBN team pro­vi­des growth acce­le­ra­ti­on and tech­no­lo­gi­cal advance­ment to its mem­bers.
